I am installing INCS 4.01 on a system with an i3 processor and running Windows XP Pro. Just after entering the autologon name and password during the intsallation process, a directx 2009 error is generated and the INCS is terminated.
Does any one have any ideas how to fix this? |

Good luck with solving your problem Greg, this forum has been pretty close to useless during the 6 years I've been registered. And I see the latest announcement from Harris is 'InfoCaster 3.0 Released' (dated Oct 2007!). I posted a question 2 months ago and have had no reply. Very disappointing.
For what it's worth, I've run Infocaster 4 on a Core i5 system with XP Pro and found that I could only set it up successfully after a clean re-install of XP. |

Yes, I did the same thing (reload XP) and then INCS installed correctly.
I recently installed INCS PLAYER on an ITX form factor PC running with an ATOM processor (1.6GHZ), Windows 7 Pro (32 bit), 2GB ram, 80GB solid state drive, 1 VGA and 1 DVI running simultaneously (dual view) and it is working great. Our testing period is about 3 weeks now. |
