The user name and password it’s looking for is an account LOCAL to the Player machine. Because it is looking for a local account, it doesn’t take any time for it to check. It needs an administrative account for the Player in order for InfoCaster to work with background services regardless of who is logged in. This same user name and password should also exist on the Network Manager machine. Note that the user name must have an actual password; you cannot leave the password blank.
